Shipping & Delivery

You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they might be dispatched separately depending on the availability of the different items.

Shipping fees:

Free Nationwide Standard delivery when you spend $5,000 or over

Nationwide Standard delivery is $100 when you spend less than $2,500

International Shipping is a standard $500

After payment your has been received, there can be a 3 month pre-order depending on supply and demand at the time of purchase. We try to have our machines in stock at all times but with supply and demand of these machines there may from time to time be up to 3 months waiting.

 

Your order will be delivered by one of our approved logistics partners.

 

If you're not home to receive your order

If no-one is in when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If your order is being delivered by Australia Post, and you choose the Safe Drop delivery option, this is done at your own risk. We do not recommended this as an option for apartment blocks or houses where there is no private/undercover space for delivery.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
